EFCC raids ex-AGF’s house in Kano

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday raided the residence of a former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke (SAN).

It was gathered that the EFCC agents found nothing after breaking down the doors of his residence in Kano.

A source close to Adoke said there was no evidence of a search warrant but the EFCC broke down some doors, searched everywhere and the roof.

The sources added that there was no information on the actual mission of the operatives, noting that the invasion is without deference to the ongoing cases in court against the ex-AGF.
